О курсе

Clinical veterinary pathophysiology ‘’Six Weeks, Six Sections of the Course’’

1. Introduction. Pathological physiology of blood. It  is devoted to pathological physiology of the blood, most common conditions of diseased blood.

2. Pathological physiology of the blood circulation. The second step of disease development after aection on blood quality and quantity is changes in blood circulation. It can be local circulation violation or general. In this chapter general characteristics of circulatory disorders; circulatory failure; heart failure, its pathogenesis; dysregulation of blood pressure are discussed.

We will discuss the general characteristics of respiratory failure, dysfunction of the upper respiratory tract, pulmonary pathology, insuciency of internal breathing, disturbance of oxygen transport from the lungs to the tissue, carbon dioxide from the tissues to the lungs, violation of tissue respiration.

4. Pathological physiology of the digestive system. The main forms of manifestation of the pathology of digestion, starting from violations of appetite and thirst, ending with the pathogenesis of dyspeptic conditions.

5-6. Pathological physiology of the liver and kidneys. Both chapters describe main pathological conditions and its’ pathogenesis, and also the consequences of their dysfunction.

Each chapter contains:
