The course consists of:
- Introduction. Chapter 1. Grounds for the cultural approach in comparative law studies.
- Chapter 2. The paradigm of legal culture in comparative law studies (discussing the point of view of M. Van Hoecke and M. Warrington).
- Chapter 3. Western and non-western legal cultures: general characteristics (discussing the point of view of M. Van Hoecke and M. Warrington).
- Chapter 4. Intra-cultural and cross-cultural comparison in law (discussing the point of view of M. Van Hoecke and M. Warrington).
- Chapter 5. Problems of harmonization, reception and convergence of national legal systems and legal cultures. Conclusion.
